Community Outreach Success Coach

We currently have one available position for a Community Outreach Success Coach. The Community Outreach Success Coach will be responsible for all direct work with clients and serve as liaison with other collaborating partners, ESR’s Inspire 340 Family Program (formerly Priority Schools) and Spanish speaking  clients. This individual will assist CSBG eligible clients in developing a case plan, work closely with the client to achieve the benchmarks in the case plan by providing timely counseling and appropriate intervention in order to assist each client in successfully completing their case plan.  The Community Outreach Success Coach will make enrollment decisions, facilitate referral services and consult with immediate supervisor regarding any client that may need additional developmental planning to achieve self-sufficiency.  Please review the full job description for requirements and expectations, and scroll down to How To Apply to apply for this position.

Housing Solutions Monitor 5th Street

We currently have one available position for a Housing Solutions Monitor 5th Street. The Housing Solutions Monitor oversees the permanent housing units at 5th Street I/II. Receptionist/Resource and Referral Agent

The Receptionist/Resource and Referral Agent is responsible for answering calls in a professional and respectful manner, greeting clients with full emphasis placed upon customer satisfaction, and receiving and welcoming visitors.  The Receptionist/Resource and Referral Agent is also responsible for making referral to other outside sources. Finance Director

The Finance Director will be responsible for all financial affairs of the agency subject to review and supervision by the Executive Director, including tracking and overseeing receipt of funds, paying all bills, managing the payroll, purchasing of supplies, and assuring that all outstanding contracts are satisfied and conducive to NC ROMA principles.
