ESR’s COVID-19 Safety Response

ESR is open to serve our low-income and homeless community. We recognize that the current Stay Home order and fears surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic have caused serious hardships in our community, and we are here to help. In order to protect you–our visitors–and our staff, we have safety measures in place.

Measures include:

  • No more than 10 persons (including staff) may be in our lobby.
  • No more than 10 persons (including staff) may be in conference rooms, including the board and training rooms.
  • Case managers meet with clients in conference rooms instead of individual offices.
  • We request visitors to our building (and our staff) maintain 6 feet social distancing.
  • Case management is conducted by phone where possible and reasonable.
  • Orientation/Information sessions are limited to 8 people on a first come first served basis.

Lobby Hours:

Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM. The Reception Desk is closed from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM for lunch.

Orientations:

Tuesdays, 10:00 AM, Thursdays 3:00 PM.

If you need information, please call your case manager (or (336) 722-9400 if you are not an ESR client) rather than coming in person to our office, if possible. If you need services and are not a client, you will still need to attend one of our Orientation sessions.

This information is subject to change and may be updated periodically in response to the current community health and safety standards.
